Reservations: Two-night minimum on Weekends and Holidays. Three-night minimum on July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day & Thanksgiving.

Cancellation Policy: If you should have to cancel for any reason, please note the following fees that may be charged to your account. If cancellation is made:

  Less than (7 days) prior to your arrival date $50.00 for each cabin reserved.
  Within the last 48 hours prior to your arrival Full amount of the reservation.
  NO SHOWS Full amount of the reservation.
Holiday or Special Events Week-Ends require two weeks (14 days) cancellation notice. If you should cancel within the last 48 hours prior to your visit, your credit card will be charged for two (2) nights’ stay.
All Cancellations are Automatically Charged a Transaction Fee of $10.00
All Cabins are Non Smoking. Pets are Not Allowed in the Cabins. No exceptions. A fine of $50 will be charged to your credit card for special cleaning of the cabin, if these rules are not adhered to.
Reservations Made One (1) Year in Advance require occupants’ credit card and name and address for perspective occupants of each cabin within 2 weeks of booking. Cancellation: One (1) month notification required. Cancellations made after the one month requirement will be charged for one nights’ stay for each cabin reserved plus a $10 administration fee.
Rate Changes may be made without prior notice.
