 All children MUST have adult supervision. Water activities, including fishing, are prohibited without parental/guardian supervision for anyone under the age of 16.
The Blanco Settlement is not responsible for accidents.
Fires must be in a designated area and cannot be left unattended.
Notice should be kept at a reasonable level out of consideration for guests and nearby residents.
Trash is not to be left on the grounds or in the river. Please help us to maintain a clean environment and preserve the beauty of the land.
ATVs, go-carts, scooters and other motorized bikes are not allowed without the express consent of management.
Permission must be obtained before using any Blanco Settlement equipment.
If you break something, please let us know so we can repair it.
Firearms of any kind are not allowed on the property.
Smoking is not permitted in cabins.
Pets are not allowed in cabins. |
