Do you accept credit cards and is your online store secure?

We accept payments by Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, e-Checks, Checks, Cashier Checks, and Money Orders.

We use PayPal at www.PayPal.com to process our online transactions. The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of PayPal's business and a top priority.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to PayPal's using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log in to PayPal's site, PayPal's server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal's servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

You do not need an account through PayPal to send a payment

If you are new to PayPal you will simply go through an alternate checkout, and will have the option to sign up with PayPal afterwards. If you have a PayPal account, you will log in when prompted to complete your online transaction.

What if I don't have a credit card; is there another way to order and pay?

Checks, Cashier Checks, and Money Orders.

You can email us at info@blancosettlement.com or call us at 830-833-5115 Ext 0 and let us know which items you wish to purchase and we will then send you an invoice and instructions so you can send payment.

Please allow 14 days for checks to clear before merchandise is shipped. We will ship promptly upon receiving cashiers checks or money orders.

We only ship in the United States. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground service in the United States. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours, not counting weekends and Holidays. Please allow between 10-14 business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) for USA UPS Ground delivery. Some items may be shipped through the United State Post Office.

Please note that we do not provide UPS tracking numbers. If the order is not received by the estimated date provided, please send us an email to info@blancosettlement.com, when purchased and what items. We will contact UPS and place a Package Trace Order Request if necessary.

 

We only ship in the United States.

How much do you charge for Sales Tax?

7.25% Sales Tax is only charged on orders from Texas. All other states are exempt from Texas Sales Tax.

What if my merchandise is damaged or defective?

We will gladly exchange any damaged or defective merchandise at no extra cost to you. All items must be inspected immediately upon receiving.

1. In the unlikely event of shipping damage or defective merchandise, you must notify The Blanco Settlement by emailing us at info@blancosettlement.com within 3 days of receipt. We will direct you to which warehouse the merchandise is to be returned to.

2. You are eligible for an item replacement or a full refund including original shipping costs upon return of the item within 5 days of receipt.

Replacement: On the original shipping invoice indicate the number of items you want to replace and the reason for replacement. We will ship a replacement item at no extra cost. Replacements are subject to availability. If an exact replacement is not available, we will give you an In-Store Credit valid towards any future Blanco Settlement purchase.

Full Refund: Please allow 20 business days for full refund completion, including original shipping charges. A refund will be processed as a PayPal refund or payment to your account.

Do you have a refund policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it within 5 days of receipt for a refund. However, you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred, a transaction fee of 3% of the total order for PayPal credit card fees, and a 15% re-stocking fee.

1. First we must be notified by emailing us at info@blancosettlement.com within 3 days of receipt. We will direct you to which warehouse the merchandise is to be returned to.

2. The item must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.

3. Include original shipping invoice and indicate the number of items you're returning and the reason for return within 5 days of receipt.

Please allow 20 business days for a refund completion. A refund will be processed as a PayPal refund or payment to your account.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Once an order is placed on our Online Catalog it is automatically processed by our credit card merchant and charges cannot be stopped. If you have placed an order by error, please notify us through email at info@blancosettlement.com within one hour of order placement. We will process an order cancellation transaction and send you a confirmation through email within 24 business hours. You will be responsible for transaction fees of 3.0 % of the total order for PayPal credit card fees.

In most cases we cannot cancel orders past the first hour after ordering, or after an "Order Processed Confirmation" email has been sent. Once an order has been processed we cannot stop it at the warehouse. If you do not want the merchandise, please refuse the package at the time of delivery, or return the merchandise to our office. We will credit your account once the merchandise is received in our office. However, you will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred, a transaction fee of 2.9% of the total order for PayPal credit card fees, and a 15% re-stocking fee.
